Click on the 'Start/Restart' button to view the traces.
There are 4 pens and the position of each pen is fed back to the others in a manner controlled by a random generator. (See Ashby "Design for a Brain").
If any pen strays too far from its zero value a new random feedback set is generated and this is marked by a tick on the lowest (marker) trace.
The system will always settle down eventually to inactivity.
Any pen may be disturbed by clicking on it, or dragging if desired.
